1. Service overview

Notification Relay is a notification connectivity app that forwards notifications between a user’s Android devices and, for supported messaging apps, enables replies from another connected device.

2. Information collected or processed

The following information may be used to provide app functionality.

• Connection code entered or generated by the user
• Encryption key entered or generated by the user
• Device name and device identifier
• Package name and app name for apps selected by the user
• Title, content, app name, and time of notifications selected for forwarding
• Device connection and service status
• Advertising identifier and device-related information used for ad delivery
• Google Play billing information used to verify subscription status

3. Use of notification access

Notification Relay uses Android notification access to forward notifications from apps selected by the user to other connected devices.

This permission is used only to forward and display notifications and to provide reply functionality for supported apps. Users can revoke notification access at any time in Android settings.

4. Encryption and server processing

Core notification data, including titles, content, and app names, is encrypted on the user’s device before being sent to the server. The server only relays encrypted data to connected devices and cannot decrypt or read notification content.

• Only devices using the same connection code and encryption key can decrypt notification content.
• The server does not permanently store notification titles or content in its database.
• The server may temporarily process the minimum connection information required to manage connections and relay data.

5. Advertising

Free users may see in-app advertisements. Google AdMob may be used to provide ads and may process device information, advertising identifiers, and app usage information for ad delivery, performance measurement, and fraud prevention.

In-app advertisements are not shown to Pro subscribers.

6. Subscriptions and Pro features

Notification Relay may offer Pro subscriptions through Google Play Billing. Pro users can access all features, including ad removal, replies, multiple device connections, and notification content display.

Subscription payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Google Play policies and the user’s Google Play account settings.

7. Free-user limitations

Some features may be limited for free users. Replies, multiple device connections, and notification content display may require a Pro subscription.

8. Third-party services

The app may use the following third-party services to provide functionality.

• Google Play Billing
• Google AdMob
• Cloudflare
• Server hosting infrastructure

9. User choices

Users can control the following at any time.

• Grant or revoke Android notification access
• Select or deselect apps for forwarding
• Change the connection code
• Change the encryption key
• Uninstall the app
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play

10. Prohibited conduct

Users must not use the app for the following purposes.

• Collecting or monitoring another person’s notifications without permission
• Forwarding notifications to devices that the user does not own or have permission to use
• Causing disruption to the service
• Use for unlawful purposes

11. Limitation of liability

Notification Relay provides notification-forwarding convenience features, but delivery and reply functionality cannot be guaranteed at all times because of network conditions, device status, Android system restrictions, or the original app’s notification policies.
